HTG Service (previously Taylor UK Service) facilitates the warranty and reactive service cover for all ISA refrigeration equipment supplied by Taylor UK. Our team of directly employed, fully trained and accredited service technicians, along with a network of approved third party contractors, we can provide nationwide coverage, seven days a week.

ISA Planned Preventative Maintenance

Our ISA preventative maintenance visits ensure your cabinets are kept in good working order and avoid any unnecessary downtime. We’d recommend a ISA PM visit once every 3 to 6 months. Our ISA PM visit includes:

• Clean & blow through the condensing units removing any dust and debris
• Check the operation of the condenser and fan motors to ensure they’re functioning correctly
• Confirm the cabinet control set points to ensure chill and defrost parameters are within specification
• Visually inspect the cabinet and advise on any potential issues which may occur in the future

Two cabinets at the same location can be attended to at the same time with NO additional costs!

Please Note: This is a preventative maintenance package to maintain fully functioning equipment NOT a service/repair contract. Cabinets which are non-operational will require a reactive service call prior to any preventative maintenance being carried out which may be chargeable (subject to warranty provisions).
