HTG Service can offer a wide range of additional services following the purchase of new equipment from Taylor UK and Hubbard Systems.

Peace of Mind Contract – Taylor Soft Serve & Frozen Beverage Machines

Extend your service contract in to years 2, 3, 4 & 5…

Available on Taylor soft serve and frozen drinks equipment if taken out within the first twelve months of purchase.

Our Premium Peace Of Mind Package includes:

  • Extended breakdown cover on mechanical and electrical components of the machine (inline with the standard manufacturers warranty). Excludes consumable components such as o-rings, scraper blades etc.
  • Two Engineer PM Site Visits (approximately every 6 months) where your machine will be given a full health check and consumable components will be replaced.
  • 20% off any consumable parts ordered from HTG Service.

Good Practice – Preventative Maintenance Packages – Taylor Soft Serve & Frozen Beverage Machines

Keep your machine in top working order with regulars preventative maintenance.

Available on Taylor soft serve and frozen drinks equipment, regardless of age*.

Our Premium Good Practice PM package includes:

  • TWO preventative maintenance (PM) visits by a qualified Engineers which includes TWO Taylor PM kits (inc. scraper blades, Taylor lube). Your machine will be given a full health check and consumable components will be replaced.
  • 10% OFF any consumable parts ordered from HTG Service

Other Good Practice Packages are available, costs are machine/model dependent – contact us for more information.

* PM visits are NOT reactive service calls. Equipment must be in good working order and operational when the engineer visits. Non-operational machines will require a reactive service call which is chargeable. Good Practice Packages are not warranties.

Coffee Machine PSSR Testing

HTG Service can facilitate annual PSSR testing for all traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machines. Since early 2000, it has been a legal requirement to have an annual PSSR boiler test carried out on your commercial coffee machine, both traditional and bean-to-cup. Failure to do so can lead to invalid insurance and warranty. Enquire about our PSSR testing today!
