Taylor Quarterly Health Checks are not a reactive service call. If your machine is not functioning you must place a reactive service call to remedy the fault. Broken or missing components, other than the regular PM Kit components, will not be replaced as part of the health check. All additional parts and labour time will be chargeable.

Failure to do so can lead to invalid insurance and warranty!

HTG Service engineers can carry out a full PSSR test on both traditional and bean-to-cup. A lot of other coffee machine service companies are unable to offer this service!

HTG Service PSSR Test includes:
1. Complete strip down of the coffee machine by our engineer.
2. Drain out the boiler and remove heating element.
3. Full inspection of the boiler, both inside and out, and the safety valve.
4. The machine will be tested to full pressure (as per the manufactures recommendations) to ensure the safety valve function correctly and opens at the designated pressure it is been designed for.
5. If the machine passes, the engineer will notify HTG Service who will issue a PSSR Test Certificate for the coffee machine to indicate it has passed.
6. If the machine fails for any reason a service & repair visit by your preferred service company will have to be arranged and your machine cannot be used until it has been passed.
